tonight Crepes (hopefully)

about 12 crepes:

3 eggs
1 glass of milk
100 gr flour
1 spoon of oil
salt

-----

Put the flour in a mixing bowl. Make a well in the flour and break the eggs into it.
Add the salt, the oil and a little of the milk.
Mix all togethere.
When the batter is smooth, keep beating and add the rest of the milk little by little.

Let the mixture rest.

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour the batter using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe.
Mix with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.

Cook for a couple of minutes.

et voila!

Can i suggest you to put inside the crepes some garlic and onion, for a special taste!!!?? 8-D

Cotiche alla vaccinara....mai assaggiate but it spunds good...Taglierei un braccio per mangiarmi una terrina di gnocchi al sugo d'anatra fatti dalla nonna!!!!!...e invece mi devo accontentare del solito pacchetto di patatine tesco (cazzo, la ma rca peggiore!!!) e lattina di guinness...I'm getting english...
